EmpowHER Fund

The existence of Boss Women Connect is to provide women entrepreneurs opportunities to thrive in business, network, form genuine connections with likeminded women and more.

The 𝐁𝐖𝐂 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝 was established to fund members of our community in their business endeavors whether it’s for inventory, investing in their knowledge, or to fund additional resources their business need. 

Funding for this fund is 100% provided through our Chapter Memberships. We take 5% of all Chapter Membership Fees to contribute to the fund year round. 

At the renewal of our membership year which is March 1st each year, we will award a prominent member/members monetary funds to invest in their business. 

Recipient Nominations 

Recipients of BWC EmpowHER Fund must be a Chapter Member with an active membership of 8 months or more of our fiscal year 3/1/24-3/1/25. 

This chapter member must have attended at least 60% of the organization’s events/festivities during the fiscal year. 


Recipient Selections 

The selection process will consist of votes from eligible voters. Eligible voters are other chapter members and the organization’s leaders. Be sure to forge genuine connections with other chapter members in our community so that if you’re nominated you have a vote! 
At least 55% of eligible voters must participate in the selection process. This will account for the majority of our organization. 

Multiple chapter members may be awarded based on the amount of funding. 

*In the case of a tie vote, or an insufficient amount of members participating in the voting process the organization’s leaders will be the ultimate decider.
