Our new membership tiers are designed to meet the multifaceted needs of our community. Some members want to experience sisterhood and grow their social network, while others want to get active at events.  There are also members that seek opportunities to expand their knowledge and gain mentorship. Each tier offers a variety benefits and grants access to both virtual and in-person events.

We welcome everyone to join our virtual festivities and get active in our community online! However, at this time the ONLY active chapter we have is based in Charlotte, NC. In other words, all in-person events and meetups will only take place in Charlotte, NC.

Popular (Valuable)The InHER Circle Membership is our grandfathered membership with additional perks! This membership offers access to (2) in-person events, select virtual events and more!

Starter (Entry Level) The Sister Circle Membership is our welcome membership. This membership is for those who want to “test the waters”, get started with network building, and sisterhood. This membership offers access to (1) in-person event, select virtual events and more!

Co-hosting Opportunities: Collaborate with us to lead your own virtual events for our members including, but not limited to bootcamps, challenges, and workshops. 

She Connect Chat: A 1-on-1 with founder Alisia Hutchinson-Bradshaw to introduce herself and become personally acquainted with members. This is the time where she discovers your specific goals, visions, and interests you have with this organization. Think of it as setting the tone for your membership term! This is a quick chat via Zoom lasting 15-20mins.  Available to The WinHER Circle only. 

Membership Term: Day of purchase through 12/31/25.

Money Back Guarantee: If there isn’t one scheduled meeting, meetup, activity, or event to engage you as a member of our organization on the monthly basis, you reserve the right to cancel your membership. Memberships may be cancelled in writing. Membership cancellations will receive a refund at 100%.

It’s 2025, we all know anything that can be done in-person can also be done online. That doesn’t mean we’ll stop in-person events of course because personal connection and relationship building is essential. However, the inclusion of virtual opportunities drastically expands network growth potential.

Membership upgrades are accepted anytime by written request. A signed member agreement is required within the first 10 days of membership. Membership will automatically be downgraded to the lowest tier until the member agreement is signed. Members are not refunded for administrative downgrades.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from hosting at least one social networking event and one formal event during your membership term, you will be eligible to attend these events in the following term.
